speedrun timer and splits view improvements

• splits and comparisons in credits (might need to save arraya for previousPBs and previousGolds?)
• padding around the edges relative to font size?
• option to change the anchor point instead of always being bottom left corner
• option to always show all 13 splits
• array of bools for each split to always show? so maybe you have the M10 split always shown even if you're just in Liberty Island?
• delete the PB line and instead always show the M15 split?
• delete the SEG line and instead show the current segment time in the middle column of the current split?
• or SEG line could show current / balanced / gold instead of just current / balanced?
