Investigate whether we can tag or categorise pages to allow for easier searching

Jekyll doesn't appear to support tags on pages (does support on blog posts, but that is not how this site is set up). However, this looks to be a way to implement: https://pdmosses.github.io/tags/docs/user-guide/
