Feature Request

This suggestion came in from WP.org

User Story

Remove update notifications from the plugins that are not current releases if the new release is NOT compatible with the version of WordPress installed.

Maybe change the text color of the version info in the plugins page but pull all the “Notices” out of the dashboard and menus.
