I've seen your intent to support GitLab CI, and some work towards it.

Could you let me know what's the current state of things? @lucperkins
What commands do I need to run in CI to fiddle around with it?

Would love to get it working and I'm ready to support with some rust coding if it's not big changes that are needed :)
