听录音后，先将自己理解的更新过来，不知这样操作是否正确。

怼圈内部翻译和校阅初期安排:

阶段1:翻译但不校阅
- 怼员先分片分章节领取各自任务
- clone DebugUself/leo-editor-cn: Leo docs in Chinese | 释狮大会仓库
- 不进行pull request，直接在master分支复制文件，例如，更名为LeoDocs_lw.leo
- 在LeoDocs_lw.leo文件中翻译，并对该章节执行rst3，后fab build，最终章节内容推送至主仓库。
- 手动在OBP.leo文件更新翻译进度条，如只将OBP.leo文件标题(LW:0%)Installing & running Leo 更新为(LW:10%)Installing & running Leo ，不对OBP.leo文件节点正文内容变动。
阶段2:校阅
- 对翻译的文档，分片分章节校对，一人一个文档。
