Some links are broken when Coordino is installed to a sub directory #77

I installed Coordino to a sub directory (eg to example.com/coordino/) and found that some of the admin and public links are pointing to the root domain, and so not working properly.

These are the broken sections that I had:

Admin
Settings: The 'Update Settings' form is broken as it submits to the root domain
Users: The 'promote' link for a regular user is broken
Blacklist: All of the links on this page are broken

Public
About page: both default links are broken

That's all I found, there may be some other problem links that I missed.
