/install/run-sql was not found on this server. #115

Hi, I follow the instructions, upload the files to the root of my site. After it asked for database username and password I get this message:

/install/run-sql was not found on this server.

I'm thinking it may be an .htaccess issue, but I'm using the one that came with the installer.
