One line comment is broken in jlox

In case the script starts with one line comment the interpreter breaks

It works if it's not the first line in the script

The bug also happens in the REPL mode and produce the same message

I'm not sure if it's for the same reason the same behavior occurs in the multi-line comment so i didn't include it in the issue or created a separate issue, I'll leave it up to you to investigate.
