Use RIR-reverse DNS for RPKI support

Facts:

1. RIRs delegate reverse DNS and keep records to address blocks of providers
2. RIRs sign ROA objects to verify the legitmate use in the routing table.
3. RIRs sign DNSSEC objects for reverse DNS

What about bringing RPKI and revDNS closer together? In order to

1. reduce RPKI complexity - it's a parallel infrastructure to the routing system
2. improve use of common installed DNServer infrastructure
3. the network boundaries could be integrated with the rev-lookup, same with ASN-information
