Issue approving multiple users to join an organization with the same request? #2344

Note: This was observed on the production instance of DMOJ.

Reproduction steps:

Have two people with pending join requests on an organization.
Approve both of them with the same request.

Expected outcome: Both users join the organization.

Actual outcome: Neither user joins the organization, and also all logs of the request to join the organization are no longer present.
