Shadowghast Ring / Shadowghast Necklace shows missing despite collected/completed

In Oribos mini-list, the recipes (not actual patterns but the light blue items) for Shadowghast Ring and Shadowghast Necklace are both missing on my Jewelcrafter, they are normally rewarded from turning in "Vessel of the Jewels" to Appraiser Auv'sek NPC in Oribos.

I do not have rings/necklaces selected to show up in ATT.
I checked from the Wowhead quest and it shows the quest as completed.
I have both Shadowghast Ring and Shadowghast Necklace collected in my Jewelcrafting interface.
I have actually crafted both items on this character to see if that did the trick, nope.
Lots of people on Wowhead saying skipping the main covenant campaign or Korthia got them stuck for this quest but this character did the full covenant campaign (doesn't even show up in the covenant base anymore, no missing chapters), full Korthia campaign (doesn't appear anymore either anymore), and just to be sure I also did the full Zereth Mortis campaign to unlock the legendary upgrade there.

None of this made those "missing" items disappear from Oribos mini-list, I have no idea what could be the reason except for a bug in ATT sadly. Can you help please? :)

Both items crafted in my bag. I actually upgraded the necklace to a legendary at the Runecarver just in case that did the trick, but no luck either.

Also going to add : I have crafting professions all maxed across my characters and I never really did anything legendary in Shadowlands except just learning the recipes and doing quests, and I only have those two missing JC things in ATT, none of the other professions are impacted.
