Competencies acronyms on site don't match pre-print

Trying to add some R-specific resources (#32) and I'm not exactly sure what each category means. I thought the pre-print would have better descriptions, but I don't see the same categories there. For example, LIBS doesn't appear in the pre-print, but is maybe the same as DIST which is in the pre-print but not on the site. It might be helpful to include short descriptions on the site for each category or to document how they've evolved from the pre-print.
