Adjustable lines

Would be nice if there was a way to draw a line on a staff and then be able to drag certain point of it to a new position, similar to the arc tool on MS Word/Powerpoint. Or otherwise be able to grab the end of a drawn line and drag it to a new position so the line is at an angle.
