Annoying sound noises in many games even with BGM and sound effect set to ZERO. #283

Description

In many, many games, i set the bgmusic and sound to zero, but theres still annoying noises. Something is broken with the internal sound mixing in openbor sadly.

  1. Load stage '...'
  2. Entity in '....' position.
  3. Use '....' move while '....'.
  4. See error

I can confirm this issue on Windows 11, Build 6391.
You hear a weird white noise.
