Why: Why you want the feature

The user require more help to understand for what view what is and how he get information and so on.

What: What you want to happen

The user want to have a new top level menu option for help.
At this site the link to TIE will added and Help instructions to dashboards and events and so on.
Please remove the top level button for TIE Website.

How: How it is implemented

  • Add Toplevel button for help instructions
  • Add text to the help site about dashboard, events, TIE, dependencies
