Explanation of issue:
I have been setting up BlipBot for Beam.Pro interactive and it works on a forge server, but when I try to use Thermos without any other mods, it does not issue the custom command that the console or player would use. It might have something to do with how the mod makes the console/player enter the command. It works with Forge only. I assume that bukkit does not receive the command. It just outputs an error that the command does not exist. Not sure if there is some way to have bukkit not replace the commands or something like that would work.

How to recreate this issue:
Setup BlipBot at http://getblipbot.com and goto Minecraft section and set it up. Create a Reward with a custom command with something like /effect {{VICTIM}} 6 30. Click the button on Beam.Pro that BlipBot is linked to.

You're doing the command wrong.

The issue is that the commands work with forge only server. Like /effect RikuSS4 6 30, but not through Thermos. A bunch of the commands do work, but the ones from bukkit or that bukkit changes do not.

There's also the issue that you have provided no logs.
Try this though:
set no-fallback-alias to false in cauldron.yml
and try to use the command /minecraft:effect instead of /effect.

The commands in Latest.log that have Registered command X with permission node blah blah blah, they work, but the other ones do not. I tried with /effect and /minecraft:effect. They both give error "Unknown command. Try /help for a list of commands", but nothing else. Not sure how to turn on verbose logging or if that will help. It is probably just a problem with how BlipBot mod sends the commands. For now, I will just stick with forge, but will keep replying here if you need anymore testing/info.
