@lzsb1 If you want a custom marketplace, or custom villagers try this:

  1. CustomNPCs Mod with the GlobalMarket Plugin (https://github.com/Dasfaust/GlobalMarket) and MarketCompanion mod (https://github.com/Dasfaust/MarketCompanion)
  2. Use Minecraft Comes Alive or some other Custom Villager Mod.
  3. CustomNPCs Mod has traders built into it :)

@izsb1 Check out the Minecraft Comes Alive mod (I know, it's a mod, but your running a hybrid server for a reason).

It blows any plugin out of the water for custom villagers :)

All good otherwise, I was just suggesting some alternatives.

ShopKeepers is made for 1.9. It pretty clearly states that it doesn't work on older versions of MC and older versions of it are not supported.
