Missing if-up.d mapping for ethtool

The current implementation only supports the pre-up.d stage of ifup and not if-uå..d

So the offloads you can actually set is severely limited... The old one just removed offload_ or offload- and then used the rest as the command. The new one seems to have hardcoded mapping values which is not ok.
