Unknown User Notifications

Hello,

I'm new to the site but I believe this is the place to bring up any issues.

I keep getting notifications from a user called Andrejgalai. It keeps telling me that they updated a commission. I told my partner about it and he has had the exact same thing on his account.
I have around 9 notifications from them. I'm wondering if this is a bug or even just a user that deleted/altered their account.

When I visit Andrejgalai's profile, it tells us that the account doesn't exist.
