Sidebar widget style adjustments

Let's consider moving the disclosure widget to the right-hand side as so:

Having it on the left-hand side makes it look like a navigation status bookmark and is a little confusing. While we're at it, what about making it slightly thinner and matching the blue in the "Navigation" section above? The bold black also contributes to making it seem like a a navigation element.

We might also consider indenting the submenu roles slightly over and ditching the default <ul> element style. (Just making that lose the hollow dot might be sufficient to distinguish the list indent.)
