Japanese N3DS 0004001000020900.cia Checksum issue #10
Comments
Try to remove the old MD5 and put the newer (that you found) and tell me if the downgrade work. |
I'll take look ! |
I found a mega directory that contains several firmwares and there's one for 9.2.0-20J N3DS that mostly fails (I picked the MD5s out of the source and just used md5sum -c to verify), however the one listed there for 9.0.0-20J N3DS passes 100%. I trust this more than some random mega site, but I just want to be absolutely sure that this doesn't unintentionally check for 9.0.0-20J instead of 9.2.0-20J. I notice that the documentation says that Japanese 3DSes need 9.1.0 and I don't see that on the list at all. I believe the OP is running in to the same problem/confusion. Some correction or clarification, whichever is the case, would be nice.
md5sums for the files:
Let me know if you need more information. |
I would like to bump this and state that a LOT of people have reported this issue and it should be looked into more thoroughly. |
I grabbed 0004001000020900.cia v13320 from 3DNUS and get a MD5 of cab2708ec0f6d0607e88f7b958be2f17. |
@roflpwnt you have to pic a version who is deleted from NUS (Nntendo deleted |
I have no idea what you are trying to say @mariogamer2. 0004001000020900.cia 5.47 MB (5,744,960 bytes) 3/12/2016 3:52:06 PM Downloading 0004001000020900 v13320... |
You don't understand. Nintendo deleted all package from lot of previous version. And the 9.2 version of this title was already deleted.... |
Sorry for the late reply.
|
The package on the site is the 9.2 that was removed. So the hashes should be changed to match the one on that site. |
"That site"? The famous mega link? or....? |
Hum, i don't want to elaborate on this :D "That site"? The mfamous mega link? or....? — |
@Cpasjuste je peut te fournir les hash du 2.1 si tu veux :D |
Yes I meant the one on 3dsiso. Everyone is using it and it's assumed to be the correct one as everyone downgrades with it. Also Plailect is gonna drop in SafeSys into his guide once it can do 2.1 btw @Cpasjuste you gonna accept my pull or what? ;) It seems to be working better for just about everyone. |
Hi, has this issue been solved? I saw Plaisysupdaters last few updates were for 9.2J hashes... so if I use the update pack provided at Plailect's guide and use Plaisysupdater, it should be fine? |
