[Bug]: Snap to grid does not work when resizing groups

Expected Behavior

When I resize a group it snaps to the grid, when this feature is enabled.

Actual Behavior

The group only snaps to the grid when moved, but when resized it does not.

The area we need grab and resize the group, also seems smaller, it's hard to find it.
