Rolled back to previous version and it works. It took a little while to start working and I restarted Apache as well. Possibly some cached stuff in the browser? |

Same problem here. Massive performance drop after upgrading from 24.4.9002 to 24.4.1002. Had to rollback too. |

Downloaded the tar from here and did unpack it in ghe nextcloud app directory. Deleted the other one beforehand obviousely. |

You can download previous versions from the Nextcloud App Directory
https://apps.nextcloud.com/apps/richdocumentscode
Just scroll to the bottom.
1. Disable Collabora Online - Built in Code Server app on Nextcloud server
2. Rename old richdocuments folder in [nextcloud]/app on the server
3. Upload and decompress tar file in nextcloud]/app on the server
4. Re-enable Collabora Online - Built in Code Server app on Nextcloud
server
5. Log out and then login again
6. Test you can edit using Collabora
7. Delete the old folder in stage 2

Newest version also 500 edit: fix missing logs |

Just upgraded from 24.4.9002 direct to 24.4.1103 bypassing 24.4.1002. Now everything ok. |

No documents are loading into Collabora online - they just hang. Browser console shows the problem is caused by index.php/apps/richdocuments/token having an error 500 - not found.
Just upgraded to Collabora 30.0.3.2 as well as upgrading to the latest build of richdocumentscode app.
Will attempt to rollback to the previous version and see if it fixes the issue.
