Wrap zappa deploy in docker container #2

So that deploy is a one step command. I don't want to have to manage a virtualenv (a requirement of Zappa).

This would make a CI deployment trivial to implement as well.

Looks like it's not yet possible to disable the virtualenv check in zappa: Miserlou/Zappa#835 so the docker container would need to create and manage one.
