Cleaning up issues, updating docs, pushing v0.2.6, etc.

I've begun the process of cleaning up the issues for Classy. I created sections in the wiki to store enhancement suggestions (wish list) and answers worth saving (how-to). Once I transfer the "knowledge", I am closing these issues.

I've also made updates to the documentation to take into account the new bootstrapping that got introduced in v0.2.5.

There was an outstanding PR that I evaluated and merged.

Given all that, I created and pushed v0.2.6 here and to cocoapods.

Hey David just wanted to say thank you for the work you’re putting into classy. I saw some of your pings to me in older issues but haven’t had time to reply yet and I’m not actively working with classy (or iOS) right now. But, I am a big fan of the project and would love to see it get revived. So, thanks!
