Clara 0.4.0 Riko Release 1

This is the first development snapshot of 0.4.0, as said in our Discord Server, Clara Riko releases are designated Pre-Alpha regardless of the Mascot used for it.

• We've changed more things again, thanks to our fam at Knifebot, Clara now runs a Eris override as its main class.

• commands are now known as cmd. We've split them to categories, namely:

  • dev for admin-only/dev/owner commands.
  • main for core bot commands.
  • misc for non-essential extra commands.

SECURITY PATCH: Security release 1

Clarity Maintainers just found a bug where all admin-only commands wouldn't be admin-only which would cause a vulnerability on the host, because commands like eval are affected by this

Root Cause

We traced the cause to the deprecated property adminOnly which was used to define admin-only commands. 0.3.x renames this to owner and we haven't changed those definitions, causing admin-only commands to be open for everyone. We have patched this and require ALL SELFHOSTERS TO UPDATE TO THIS VERSION else you're vulnerable to the unintended target users of this commands (non-admins).
