The root url should respond

Currently it responds with an error 404, which the deployment process sees as an issue. It would be better if it responded with a successful status and maybe something like the endpoint does ("message":"Test ok"}). It might be nice to have the name of the service there too, maybe a timestamp? The only real requirement is the successful status code though.
