Adding code of conduct, contributing guidelines, and security guidelines here will help people read and understand how the community works. For a first-timer who doesn't know what is Circuit verse and repositories in which they can contribute, adding and managing a profile would be a great help. Moreover adding issue templates and pull request templates, can make initializing new projects easier by keeping this as the start repo
Thank you @Aniket762 for your suggestions. Code of Conduct, Contributing Guidelines are different for different projects so we are willing to deal those things for individual projects. However for organization's README.md as it's important, you can go ahead and work on the portfolio for CircuitVerse.

I have also written a blog on the importance of it: https://dev.to/aniket762/if-you-run-a-github-organisation-you-must-do-this-now-3nc1
Let me know if you are interested, I would be more than happy to work on it, and please assign this to me. If not feel free to close the issue!
