Climate wallet on startup detects tokens, and displays tokens.

When the app is refreshed, no token data is ever requested (or so it seems), and an empty state wallet is displayed, despite having valid CATs

Current state should work where no tokens --> 1 token automatically happens. 1 token --> multiple tokens, needs a force refresh.

We should look into how much effort this would take to automatically detect whenever a new token is added.
