Upon request from the backoffice, since Node18 will not be supported for much longer.

Also requires upgrading angular to version 17: https://angular.dev/reference/versions

Angular is at version 17 already, thanks to @JeltevanBoheemen . So I guess we could try this on the test server any time.

We agreed to upgrade to Angular 19 and Node 22.
