Subject: [PATCH] Add instructions to launch the hbmenu

Added some instructions for how to launch the hbmenu with this pack, because i'm used to it just launching automatically from the Album and it really confused me that here i had to hold R whilst doing it :D

Hopefully this makes it clearer and avoids redundant questions if others come across the same issue
