What to do with datasets with duplicate DOIs? #901

We see many datasets not being synced from the GBIF registry to CLB because the dataset DOI already exists and CLB enforces a unique DOI for each dataset. Is there nothing we can do?

Some of these datasets seem to be duplicated already, with just one of them having the proper DOI:
