Back in 2018, there was a similar request here . I also cannot get DNGs made from SRF files to work. SRF files themselves are not "seen" by filmulator. Would it be possible to have support for these added? I'm not sure if filmulator uses libraw or dcraw to demosaic the images, but if so, both of those support SRF files from the DSC-F828 so they should work.

Alternatively, is mimicing filmulator on a tiff or jpeg file possible? Or even support for non-raw files able to be added?

I'll eventually make TIFF input available, but with limitation on lens correction and detecting WB and such. Probably not jpegs? I'm not sure.

The 4-color aspect of the F828 isn't an obstacle for demosaic but it means lensfun CA correct nor Auto CA Correct work, nor will highlight recovery, and WB may be limited; it'll be treated kinda like a tiff input.
