As a user, I'd like to be able to lock the sliders to specific values, so that when I change the data, the filtering remains active. This is actually the current behavior. The issue is that it's not immediately obvious to users.
So, as an idea, we should reset the slider filters when the datasource changes, except if the user explicitely activated locking mechanisms on the sliders - then the sliders keep their values as it currently behaves.
