Configuration
Users of the pre-installed version of this package on the CWSLab Desktop will find their package set with some defaults but may wish to change them.
Configuration options of the cwsl vistrails plugin can be found from the Vistrails Menu under Packages->Climate and Weather Science Laboratory->Configure
drs_basepath Path to CMIP3/CMIP5/CORDEX style data that conforms to the Data Reference Syntax and Controlled Vocabularies. This is the basepath to the pre-defined climate datasets available in the cwsl plugin. Users of the CWSLab should set this to '/g/data/ua6/drstree'
user_basepath Path to store files produced by this package, default='/short/ PROJECT / USER /'
execution_options
- force - overwite existing files
- update - only create new output files
- update_if_newer - Create new files and files where input is newer than the output
simulate_execution (True/False) Display commands that would be run in debug window upon execution of a workflow.
debug (True/False) Show extra debugging information in terminal window.
cwsl_ctools_path Path to scripts required by the cwsl-mas vistrails plugin (Git repo https://github.com/CWSL/cwsl-ctools). This should point to your checked out repository (i.e ${HOME}/src/cwsl-ctools).
