display all releasers of a dist instead of just the last one

Right now the pages of a dist display only the latest releaser. This can cause a bit of confusion, as people often associate the releaser with "author" of a dist. It would be nice if metacpan could display icons for all other releasers, like rubygems does:

http://rubygems.org/gems/sqlite3-ruby

I'm thinking they might work well as 1-3 rows of quarter-sized icons above the icon of the last releaser.

Nice idea.

Out of curiosity are PAUSE perms in the cpan-api already?
there could theoretically be a difference between 'past releasers' and 'authors with permissions'...
not sure which would be better (or perhaps a combination)
