I think we should we delete this repo's wiki https://github.com/COSIMA/cosima-cookbook/wiki in favour of https://github.com/COSIMA/cosima-recipes/wiki. What do others think?

Is there any info that is in this repo's wiki that we haven't moved over the cosima-recipe's wiki? Not referring to anything that is outdated...

Just to clarify, are we not meant to use the cookbook anymore? I thought the intake catalogue still had not some bugs, as in there were some datasets that did not appear in the catalogue. At least this was my experience when reviewing a notebook that was updated to use the catalogue (COSIMA/cosima-recipes#378) and I do not know if this has changed in the past couple of weeks since the hackathon.

Yes, we are trying to move out from using cosima_cookbook to load model output. The cosima_cookbook database will be deprecated.

But the wiki also includes a lot of instructions related to setting up NCI account, projects, ARE, etc. All these are still relevant!

In the Prerequisites for contributing page there are instructions on NCI account, ARE using and what projects to join. I don't see anything relevant missing from cosima-cookbook wiki..

OK, shall we delete this repo's wiki in favour of https://github.com/COSIMA/cosima-recipes/wiki?
I vote yes. @julia-neme please delete if you feel all the useful info has been moved.

OK, I deleted most of it.

@angus-g, what about:
https://github.com/COSIMA/cosima-cookbook/wiki/Migrating-from-the-old-to-the-new-cookbook
and
https://github.com/COSIMA/cosima-cookbook/wiki/Upgrading-database-versions

are they useful? If they are archaic/outdated/not relevant any more then delete?

They're both from 2019 so are now irrelevant.
