sync_data.sh -D doesn't retain correct final files if run number >999 #284

This test uses alphabetic order, so doesn't work if run number exceeds 999. In this case the local copy of the final output/restart is deleted and 999 is retained instead.

This issue is obsolete now that the ACCESS-NRI versions of ACCESS-OM2 configurations use payu's sync feature instead https://access-hive.org.au/models/run-a-model/run-access-om/#syncing-output-data
