  • Combine with creation of custom quotes Enable creation of custom quotes #80
  • When library decides, after creating a quote, provide the ability for OBC to mark that quote as accepted
  • Once a quote is accepted, the publisher is notified of the details of the accepted quote (including value, term etc)
  • Default renewal notifications/reminders are created, with ability for OBC to add custom notifications/reminders
  • OBC to be able to download overview information on subscriptions for reports etc
  • OBC to be able to upload final invoice sent to supporter
  • OBC to be able to use backend to generate payment notifications which are then sent to initiatives, based on a template we will create (a payment advice note). OBC to be able to, for each initiative involved in a confirmed quote to, at the start of a contracted term, specifiy the fees (from a drop down -- i.e. 12.5% or 10%), the length of term (linked to Ability to offer term length options #83), the date the OBC pays the provider -- this would replace a spreadsheet we are using.
  • Stretch goal (i.e. probably beyond scope but...): OBC to be also able to use this to have an overview -- so a single page for each provider, including payments due, payments outstanding etc

This directly contradicts earlier development work where the quote calculator sets the OBC fee during the quote process. Wouldn't changing this piss off the user when the fee is changed?

How is this to be achieved without creating chaos? Adding anything more to the quote calculator will make it incredibly hard to use and likely a lot slower.

This is about initiative fees not supporter fees. But anyway, we've got some better/more developed thoughts about how to manage this
