Return to JIGplot Singe Thread Mode

Multiple Threads Mode of JIGplot will produce blurry bit-graph.
And thus, now we go back to the single thread mode.

Update JIGplot to automatically enable Visualization with Multiple Threads.

修复了一些问题

增加了运行报错弹窗中可以生成运行结果文件，
现在运行报错后，Debug Log 左侧可以直接生成 Report。

国庆中秋双节

1. 参考@亚琛工业大学 江朝 的建议，对 Gene Density Profile 功能进行优化；
2. 我换电脑了，新的安装器依赖的 JDK 有细微上调，JDK11 的不知道会不会出问题，不过 JDK11.0.16 应该和 11.0.6 一样不会有文件拖拽问题；
3. 考虑到越来越多人用 ARM 芯片，增加了 windows ARM 芯片安装器，不过我不知道依赖的比如 BLAST 等程序能否正常运行。

修复一个小bug

本次改进很少，主要如下：

1. 优化了 卡通热图 解析 SVG 的逻辑，增加了支持 Path 的 t 指令；
2. 针对插件打包工具，补充支持了环境变量 JARFILE，可以直接指向当前 TBtools_1.6.jar 文件，用于调用 TBtools 命令行功能；
3. 其他更新分布在插件自身，此处不赘述。
