Problem statement

HL7Reader.Companion.HL7MessageParseAndConvertConfiguration is no longer a concept that we intend to use, so it should be removed.

What you need to know

It shouldn't be complicated to fix since it's never actually used, just referenced in a lot of places, resulting in nulls being passed around.

Acceptance criteria

  • Completely expunge HL7MessageParseAndConvertConfiguration from the codebase
