This sync cross devices feature can not be done when the CCIP-Server which was not implement this functional at this time, and also this is unnecessary function until we have full implemented original design features.

If only discuss iOS, this feature need to acquire an iCloud container and save all data into iCloud to sync, and another device need to reload those synced data when they needs.

If need implement this feature also CCIP-App/CCIP-Android#21 , this must implement in CCIP-Server to store those data.
