[FEATURE REQUEST] Adding configs to choose the base size of each drawers. (basic, (simple) compacting, fluid)

Description:

Giving a config option to choose the base size for each drawers.

This is mostly a feature to give modpackers more options to work with.

For example, if I want to change the base size of compacting drawers to be closer to the simple compacting and basic drawers, but currently it's hardly possible.
