Why Do You use #### [[Note Title]] In Your Notes To Link To Itself?

With Obsidian's ability to refactor links if they change, when I change the name of a note, all the links to that note will be updated to reflect the change.

If I take [[My Cool Note]] which has a reference to [[Another Note]]
and I rename [[Another Note]] to [[Another Cool Note]]
Then the reference to [[Another Note]] within [[My Cool Note]] automagically becomes [[Another Cool Note]]

So by linking to the file itself the title text within the note will also automatically update if I rename the note.

But why have the title repeated within the note at all?

I use Andy mode for the sliding panes, and I don't want to turn my head 90 degrees every time to read the note names 🙃
