Gears of War Ultimate Edition does not appear for export after version 2.11.0, and fails to export on versions prior #142

It is currently impossible to export Gears of War Ultimate Edition, at least for me, as either of the two issues occur:

v2.11.0 and lower displays Gears Ultimate as an option, but gives "... failed exporting your games: The specific file could not be encrypted." errors.
v2.12 and newer does not have Gears Ultimate on the list. In fact the list of possible UWP apps for export is cut in half.

Relevant info:

Win 11 23H2 22631.3737
Gears Ultimate cannot be installed in the new less obtrusive way that most xbox games can (where you select a specific folder)
Tried moving Gears Ultimate around anyway, and no dice.
Tried running UWP Hook from different drives, with and without admin, no dice.
