Description of feature or change
Add Ctrl+R as an alternative to F5 for refreshing the app as some keyboards don't have function keys.

Rationale
Why should this feature be developed or existing functionality be changed? Citing other clients as doing the same is not sufficient as rationale alone—user experience has to be improved, and you should argue why implementing your proposal would do that.

Lets users with a keyboard that doesn't have function keys to reconnect with a keyboard shortcut.
