The rare drop notifications have not been screenshotting and sending to the webhook for all 4 new bosses.

Beyond updating monster_drops.json, to support Whisperer loot, LootReceived event must be used (rather than NpcLootReceived), as we discovered in pajlads/DinkPlugin#286

Having same issues with whisperer, not picking up loot into discord.
