Collection Log slots being posted regardless

Collection log slots are being posted, even if the value is set at 1mil gp, 1/1 rarity AND with the "require both rarity and value".

Doesn't seem to matter if the value is below 1million gp, I still had a left eye patch post via webhook which is worth about 7k, a clan mate of mine had bandos robe legs worth 270k post.

Would be ideal to have a "collection log slot" option to toggle on and off as this seems to be the trigger.

We use a point system in our a clan for any drops worth over 1million gp and this would be ideal if we could fully control the inputs.
