Describe the bug
Clicking outside during search still shows suggestion

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open Multiselect dropdown
During search, click away
Suggestion shows up afterwards

Expected behavior
Suggestion doesn't shows up after clicking away
