i can't play DRM content

brave has drm issue it won't play drm content,Widevine is enabled in the settings but it won't work i get an error (playback of protected content is not enabled)i think google chrome has this problem to,is there a fix for it?and how u play drm protected content it seems all browsers having this issue.

Yep, this problem is also observed in Chrome. I see in chrome://gpu tab:
